Staff Insurance:

All the staffs and guides of A1 Excursion are fully insured.

Privacy Policy:

Rates and Fares:

 * The prices of the tours are guaranteed, but if unforeseen circumstances beyond A1 Excursion’s control occur, i.e. increased government taxes, price hike, etc., A1 Excursion will adjust the price accordingly.

 * Prices may subject to change due to fluctuation in currency exchange rate.

 Deposit and Payment Policy:

 * A 50% of Total cost per Trip booked is required 2 weeks prior of departure date, upon booking the tour.

* Final payment is due 1 day prior to departure.

* A change fee of $50 per person will apply to any changes made by the traveler after confirmation has been sent.

Cancellations and Refunds:

 * Transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment and other services are sold on a partial refundable basis depending upon the date, in relation to the departure date, such services are cancelled. The cancellation fees and calculations are set forth below and will apply in addition.

 *If due to a true emergency you are unable to participate in the Trip/program you have chosen to join, then there will be a minimum 25% cancellation fee. The inspection will be carried out of your emergency and appropriate cancellation fee will be liable. Please be aware that conditions such as dysentery and guardian are common in Asia and are therefore not considered as true emergency.

 *In case of flight ticket cancellation minimum 33% will be charged depending upon the criteria.

 * In the case of cancellation by A1 Excursion for any reason, a full refund will be made.

 * No refund will apply to any unused services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, touring, meals and/or transportation.

Land Arrangements:

The Tour Operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, A1 Excursion will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. The Tour operator reserves the right to change the hotels listed on the tour for others of similar quality.

Responsibility And Liability:

A1 Excursion, acts only as agent for passengers with regard to travel, either by car, motor coach, railroad, boat or plane, and it assumes no liability during such travel for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur either by reason or defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts of default or any company or person engaged in covering the passenger or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour.

 A1 Excursion cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage to person or property or for additional expenses due to illness, weather, strike, detention, riot, quarantine, thefts, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or change, or additional expenses due to airline irregularities causing delays to hotels, or any other cause.

 A1 Excursion reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules and/or rates and to cancel or substitute stops on any tour without notice and to use the services of affiliated companies as deemed necessary. When other individuals or companies are retained to provide services, their insurance payment and cancellation policies will apply.

 A1 Excursion reserves the right to cancel any programmed tour if it does not have the minimum number of passengers required for the tour operation. In this case, A1 Excursion will refund directly to the Client the total amount of the service that was not provided.

Passenger responsibility:

 Passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. Passenger hereby warrants that they fully understand each of them. Specifically passenger understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the ’Cancellations & Refunds’ section.

Travel Insurance:

 Travel insurance is not included for you in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling outside of your country. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. A1 Excursion strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
